Who administers EO Photos?
The site is administered from France by Lisa and Olivier Dujardin, who designed and developed the site. Olivier is en enthusiastic photographer and also displays some of his best photos in his gallery.

I would like to buy some printouts. What are my assurances and guarantees?
EO Photos offers a 21 days moneyback guarantee if you are not satisfied with the print your received. At EO Photos we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will do our upmost to send your order in the best conditions. If the quality we are offering does not match your expectations, we will refund your money within a period of 21 days after we have shipped to you, subject to receiving the goods in an acceptable condition, returned in their original shipment tube or envelope. However EO Photos will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping, which is why we recommend you use Recorded Signed For Delivery when your order. Please note that you must pay for the return shipment.

What are my options for payment?
Payments are honoured through Paypal - You can pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) via Paypal (EO Photos is a premier internationally verified member). You can also choose to have EO Photos send you a Paypal invoice. EO Photos does not store any payment details.

How are photos printed?
It all depends on the photographer. Some photos are printed from a digital medium using the highest quality scan (4000 dpi output or more) on professional sublimation printers, using 100 years guaranteed consistent quality paper (Fuji Crystal, Agfa Silver Halide,...), whereas others are still printed using traditional methods for quality paper processing and even hand printing (ilfachrome, black and white). In any case, the paper support is specified for each photography, and the quality is paramount.

What are fine prints?
Fine prints are true limited edition prints signed and numbered by the author, which received the best printing care and attention. Although they are often much more expensive that traditional prints, the buyer has the guarantee to own a somewhat unique work of art. Some of EO Photos acclaimed photographers' galleries display fine prints.

I have a special request for a photography you are selling:
You may want a printout on a larger format than the one available for purchase on EO Photos. Just contact us and we will make sure you get what you want!

I would like to pay in my home currency, not in Euros!
It is possible at checkout to select another currency. Right now, we accept direct payments in US Dollars, British Pounds and Euros. You can pay in other currencies via Paypal: if your currency is not Euros, you will be prompted by Paypal to accept the equivalent amount in your home currency, once you have accepted the payment in Euros.

What are my options for delivery?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. International priority mail is the preferred mailing method.

For printouts, EO Photos gives you the following choices of shipment: international mail order (or equivalent) or Recorded Signed For Delivery (or equivalent). Please note that because printouts maybe sent from different locations, total shipping cost may vary. Each photographer may charge on the following basis: € 5 for International Priority mail, € 7 for Recorded Signed For Delivery. Your order will be shipped either in a tube or a flat sturdy parcel. Please note that once the payment is received, you must allow 14 days for delivery, to ensure the best possible printout quality. Most photos are delivered unmounted, unless otherwise specified.

How about online privacy?
EO Photos uses an 128 SSL encrypted site for all order processing, giving you the guarantee that your information is safe. We also guarantee that your information will never be distributed to any third party. EO Photos does not store any payment details.
